E-Bike Tour Langtaufers - Melager Alm - Maseben

Guided E-Bike Tour

From our starting point in Reschen we cycle to our further meeting point in Graun. This is where our tour begins. We cycle eastwards into the wonderful Langtauferer Tal valley. We first follow a country road that leads to Melag and use the turn-off in Kapron. In Kapron we turn right in the direction of Riegl and then follow the forest road to the Kaproner Alm (1,960 m). From here we continue slightly up and down to the Masebner Alm. Both alpine huts are not managed, so we now cycle a little steeper uphill to the Maseben mountain hut at 2,267m in order to stop here and enjoy the traditional food. Now we cycle back to the Masebner Alm and continue towards the valley and in the direction of Karlinbach. Once on the forest road, we turn right and follow a beautiful forest path along the idyllic stream to the Melager Alm. We enjoy the views of the glacier world and then follow the forest path again to Riegl. There the trail climbs briefly to the main road in Kapron, where we return to Reschen via Graun.
