13th South Tyrolean Alpine cheese tasting

The South Tyrolean Alpine Cheese Tasting is back! This year we are celebrating the 14th edition of the coveted tasting in the Fürstenburg Castle in Burgeis.

On Saturday, 4 October 2025, delicious alpine cheeses from South Tyrol and the Raetian Triangle can be tasted at the public tasting. This will take place from 14:00 - 16:00.

The award ceremony for the alpine cheeses will take place in the Fürstenburg.

The Venosta Valley Alpine dairies, the South Tyrolean Alpine Dairy Association and the Fürstenburg Technical College look forward to seeing you there!
