In Mals you can also go shopping, and the traditional market, which takes place every Wednesday, is a good opportunity for going shopping.
Also for art lovers Mals is very interesting. It is not only the St. Benedikt's Church, which is the oldest church in the whole German-speaking area that brings you nearer to the South Tyrolean history but also the different Ronamesque churches and towers an well as the ruin of the castle Fröhlichsburg.
