The museum of local history in Laatsch 

 

In the course of the last forty years a passionate collector from Laatsch has gathered numerous tools and utensils from our ancestors.

The collected things are exhibited in the barn next to the church. By now there are about one thousand pieces. The main idea and aim of the museum is to gather and keep traditional cultural possessions and to show and explain it to the public in order to give the people an insight into the old ways of living, the traditions and customs and not to forget our ancestors' culture.
